Wholesale order Minimums
First orders: The minimum order amount for the first order is $200.00.
Subsequent restocking orders: These orders require no minimum dollar amount.
International orders: Please be aware that your country probably has import
laws pertaining to bath and body products. You will need to fill out the
proper forms and receive licensing before placing an order with us. If the
proper forms are not completed your order will be stopped in customs.

Order Payment and Terms
North Shore Soap Factory requires all initial orders must be paid by credit
card. After the first three orders you may ask for a credit application for
Net 30 payment.

Delivery and Shipping
Please allow for 5-7 days to process and prepare your order for shipping.
For local delivery on Oahu: We deliver the first order to all new accounts.
Subsequent reorders will be shipped with USPS Priority flat rate mailers at
$8.95 per box. We add insurance unless otherwise requested.

Mainland shipping:We ship via USPS Priority flat rate mailers at $8.95 per
box. We add insurance unless otherwise requested. Transit time is
approximately 7-10 business days. Other shipping options may be requested if
your company has an account with that shipping carrier.
Each flat rate box fits approximately: 55 bar soaps or 15 body wash or 35
body oils; or a combination there of.

International shipping:We have found the most cost effective means to ship
to most international countries is USPS Global Priority flat rate boxes at
$39.00 per box. We add insurance unless otherwise requested. Transit time is
typically 10-14 business days. Please allow extra time for your country’s
customs department to process your order.
