Honolulu Advertiser Says North Shore Soap is What Green Means |
Honolulu's Definition of Green

The Living Green Staff at the Honolulu Advertiser published “A natural skin care alternative: Soap business is committed to the environment” on June 29, 2008. They asked the questions, “We all have heard of 'Natural' or 'Green' products, but what does this mean?”
And their verdict was the North Shore Soap Factory's Hawaiian Bath & Body skin care line as the definition of “Green."
Here's our definition:
Green: adj. 1. a color on the visible-light spectrum of electromagnetic radiation 2. Fig. represents an abundance of life, flourishing; especially in plants. 2. Signifies jealousy or envy. Ex: “I'm green with envy at how soft and smooth Jane's skin is compared to mine. I wish I knew her secret.” 3.The North Shore Soap Factory, located in Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, home of Hawaiian Bath & Body skin care products, an all natural eco-friendly bath & body line composed of organic ingredients and packaged in post consumer recycled material.
And that's why it's our official motto:
Get Clean, Go Green.
